Due to the intrinsic nature of silver jewellery, hygiene considerations, product sensitivity, and risk of misuse, Marvel Silver follows a strict and conditional return, refund, and cancellation policy. By placing an order on www.marvelsilver.com, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms stated below.
- Eligibility for Returns
Marvel Silver accepts return requests strictly and only in cases where (a) an incorrect product has been delivered to the customer, or (b) the product has suffered physical damage during transit prior to delivery.
Returns shall not be accepted for reasons including but not limited to change of mind, dislike of design, size preference, minor variations in finish or weight, natural silver tone differences, photography lighting differences, market price changes, or subjective dissatisfaction. Silver jewellery may exhibit minor variations due to hand-finishing processes and manufacturing tolerances, and such differences shall not qualify as defects.
All return eligibility shall be determined at the sole discretion of Marvel Silver after review of submitted evidence.
- Return Request Timeframe
Any request for return must be initiated within 2 Business days from the time of delivery as confirmed by the courier tracking system.
Requests submitted beyond this period shall not be entertained under any circumstances. The customer is solely responsible for inspecting the product immediately upon receipt and reporting any valid issue within the prescribed timeframe.
Failure to notify within 2 business days constitutes deemed acceptance of the product in good condition.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To prevent fraudulent or fabricated claims, it is mandatory that customers record a continuous, clear, and unedited video while unboxing the delivered package.
The video must clearly display:
- The sealed outer shipping package prior to opening
- The courier label with visible order details
- The complete unboxing process without interruption
- The product condition immediately after opening
The recording must not contain cuts, pauses, or edits.
Claims for missing items, damaged goods, incorrect products, or incomplete orders will not be processed without valid unboxing video evidence submitted within 2 days of delivery of delivery.
Marvel Silver reserves the right to reject any claim where video evidence is unclear, edited, incomplete, or suspicious.
- Product Condition Requirements for Return Approval
For any return request to be considered valid, the product must be returned in unused, unworn, and unaltered condition. All original packaging, tags, certificates, protective coverings, and invoices must be intact and included.
If upon inspection the product shows any signs of:
- Wear or usage
- Scratches, dents, or tarnish
- Stone removal or replacement
- Alteration, resizing, or modification
- Damage caused after delivery
the return request shall be rejected, and the product may be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
Marvel Silver’s inspection decision shall be final.
- Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are strictly non-returnable due to hygiene and customization considerations. These include, but are not limited to:
- Earrings (due to hygiene standards)
- Customized or engraved jewellery
- Personalized items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers
Products damaged due to improper handling, negligence, or misuse by the customer shall not qualify for return or refund.
- Return Shipping Responsibility
If the return is approved due to an error on the part of Marvel Silver (such as wrong product shipment), we shall arrange return logistics or reimburse reasonable return shipping charges.
In any exceptional case where a discretionary return is approved for reasons not attributable to Marvel Silver, shipping charges, COD handling fees, and related logistics costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
COD service charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Refund Processing
Refunds shall only be initiated after the returned product is received, inspected, verified, and approved by our quality control team.
Marvel Silver reserves the right to deduct the following where applicable:
- Original shipping charges
- COD handling fees
- Payment gateway transaction fees
- Depreciation costs for damaged or altered products
Refunds shall be processed to the original mode of payment unless otherwise communicated. Processing time is typically 5–7 business days after approval, subject to banking timelines.
Marvel Silver shall not be responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or payment gateways.
- Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch confirmation. Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, cancellation is not permitted.
If a customer refuses to accept a Cash on Delivery (COD) order without valid reason, Marvel Silver reserves the right to:
- Restrict future COD access
- Blacklist the customer
- Recover shipping losses where legally permissible
Repeated refusal of COD orders shall be treated as misuse of service.
- Fraud Prevention & Abuse Monitoring
To protect against fraudulent claims and financial abuse, Marvel Silver actively monitors order behavior and return patterns.
Customers engaging in activities such as:
- Repeated return abuse
- False damage reporting
- Submission of manipulated unboxing videos
- Chargeback misuse after successful delivery
- Refusal of multiple COD shipments
may be permanently restricted from placing future orders.
Marvel Silver maintains internal records including name, phone number, email, IP address, and delivery details for fraud prevention and legal compliance purposes.
- Final Decision Authority
All decisions relating to return eligibility, refund approval, inspection outcomes, and fraud determination shall remain at the sole discretion of Marvel Silver, subject to applicable Indian laws.
