This Shipping & Delivery Policy governs the shipment, delivery, and related responsibilities for orders placed on www.marvelsilver.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
- Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation or COD verification.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
In cases of high order volume, sale periods, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. Customers will be informed via email and message in case of significant delays.
- Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Within India: Once dispatched, your order will typically be delivered within 5–8 days
- International Orders (if applicable): 10–15 business days from dispatch, excluding customs clearance delays
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
- Courier partner delays
- Weather disruptions
- Government restrictions
- Remote location delivery
- Public holidays
- Force majeure events
Marvel Silver shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
- Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
In case of COD orders, additional handling charges may apply.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is solely attributable to Marvel Silver.
- Courier Partners & Tracking
Orders are shipped via reputed third-party courier services.
Once dispatched, customers will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
It is the customer’s responsibility to track the shipment and ensure availability to receive the package.
- Risk & Responsibility Transfer
Risk of loss and title for products passes to the customer upon successful delivery confirmation by the courier.
Delivery confirmation shall be based on courier tracking status, OTP confirmation, signature confirmation, or delivery scan records.
Marvel Silver shall not be held responsible for:
- Theft after confirmed delivery
- Incorrect delivery due to wrong address provided by customer
- Delay caused by courier
- Delivery to a neighbor, security guard, or authorized recipient at the given address
Any dispute regarding “item not received” after courier confirmation must be raised within 24 hours of delivery update.
- Address Accuracy & Re-Shipping
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
If a shipment is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Incomplete address
- Wrong phone number
- Customer unavailable
Re-shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.
Repeated delivery failures may result in cancellation without refund of shipping fees.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
COD service may be available for selected pin codes.
Marvel Silver reserves the right to:
- Disable COD for high-value orders
- Disable COD for customers with previous refusal history
- Require telephonic or OTP verification before dispatch
Refusal of COD orders without valid reason may result in blacklisting and restriction from future COD purchases.
- Damaged Package at Delivery
If the outer packaging appears tampered, damaged, or opened at the time of delivery:
- Customer must refuse delivery immediately, OR
- Record a clear video before accepting
Claims for transit damage will not be entertained without valid unboxing video proof as stated in our Return Policy.
- International Shipping (If Applicable)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Marvel Silver is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
- Force Majeure
Marvel Silver shall not be liable for failure or delay in delivery due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or transportation strikes.
- Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Marvel Silver’s liability exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order in dispute.
