RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy – Marvel Silver

Due to the nature of silver jewellery, Marvel Silver follows a strict and limited return, refund, and cancellation policy.

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:

• A wrong product is delivered

• The product is damaged during transit

Return Conditions
Requests must be raised within 6 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned in original packaging with all tags and invoices intact.

Non-Returnable Cases
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, size or weight issues, minor design variations, market price changes, or customer-caused damage.

Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit within 7–10 working days. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.

All decisions related to returns and refunds are final and binding under Indian law, with jurisdiction at Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
