    Anti-Chargeback & Payment Dispute Clause

By completing a purchase on this Website, the customer agrees that:

• They will first contact Marvel Silver at support@marvelsilver.com to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
• Initiating a chargeback without contacting us for resolution may be considered fraudulent activity.
• In case of unjustified chargebacks, we reserve the right to:
  • Submit delivery confirmation and transaction proof to the payment gateway.
  • Recover dispute handling fees and administrative costs.
  • Blacklist the customer from future purchases.
  • Initiate legal recovery proceedings where applicable.

We maintain records including IP address, order details, payment confirmations, and courier delivery proof to contest fraudulent disputes.

15. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement (Damage Claims)

To prevent fraudulent claims:

• Customers must record a continuous, unedited unboxing video clearly showing:
  • The sealed outer package
  • The shipping label
  • Opening process
  • The product condition

Claims for:

• Missing items
• Damaged products
• Incorrect items

will not be entertained without a valid unboxing video submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Failure to provide video evidence may result in rejection of the claim.

No exceptions.

16. Arbitration Clause (Cost-Control Protection)

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through mutual discussion.

If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

• The seat of arbitration shall be Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
• The proceedings shall be conducted in English.
• The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

This clause reduces unnecessary court litigation costs.

17. Reseller Restriction Clause

Products purchased from Marvel Silver are intended for personal use only.

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel bulk orders suspected for resale
• Restrict purchases from customers engaging in unauthorized commercial resale

Commercial resale, distribution, or marketplace listing of our products without written permission is strictly prohibited.

18. No Resale Without Written Authorization

No customer may reproduce, repackage, relabel, or resell Marvel Silver products under another brand name without prior written consent.

• Phone number
• Email
• IP address
• Delivery address

Such individuals may be permanently restricted from accessing our Website.
