01 / Return Window
We extend an eligible 7-day return and exchange policy starting from the official delivery date timestamps recorded by our courier partner network.
To qualify for processing, all inventory items must match our strict verification parameters:
- The item must remain entirely unused, unworn, and unsoiled.
- All original security labels, tags, custom brand boxes, pouches, and luxury packaging must be returned in perfect, untampered condition.
- If an item returns with missing stones, scratched alloys, or structural signs of wear, the return matrix will be cancelled.
02 / Explicit Exclusions
To preserve absolute legal compliance, structural clarity, and safety parameters, certain product groups are categorized as Final Sale and are completely non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable:
- Personalized Lines: Custom laser-engraved bands, customized name plates, and personalized gifting arrays.
- Bespoke Items: Pure silver coins, silver utensils, God idols, and customized astrological gemstone settings.
- Hygiene Restricted: Earrings of all descriptions (due to strict sanitary health laws).
- Clearance Segments: Any item purchased during stock liquidation clearances or promotional sales.
- Global Orders: Due to complex customs channels, all international orders remain strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
03 / Transit Claims
Our quality controllers manually verify every item before dispatch. However, if your package encounters an issue during transit, you must act within our strict claim windows:
- Damaged/Incorrect Goods: Must be reported to our customer service channels within 24 hours of delivery.
- Empty Parcel / Missing Products: Any claims regarding partial missing units or an completely empty package must be documented and submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
⚠️ STRICTION MANDATE: To protect against false claims, you must provide a continuous, unedited 360° unboxing video showing the original outer package seal being broken for the first time. Any transit damage or missing product claims submitted without clear video proof will be instantly rejected without exception.
04 / Refund Process
Once your returned package lands at our warehouse, our technical auditing desk evaluates the items within 48 hours.
If approved, the refund matrix is initiated instantly. The transaction value will reflect on your original payment source layout within **5 to 7 business banking days**, depending on your specific banking terminal provider. Please note that original handling and shipping charges paid at checkout are completely non-refundable.
Missing Return Content: If any minor accessory, free promotional product, or gift box element is missing from your return container, the net value deduction up to the full MRP value of the missing piece will be cut from your overall refund ledger.
05 / Reverse Shipping
To initiate a return or exchange layout, you must reach out directly to our active support desk for verification approval. Once cleared, you must self-ship the product to our central returns warehouse.
The package must be packed securely to prevent transit damage, and a short video clip of your packing layout must be shared with your account manager. All reverse shipping logistics fees are to be borne entirely by the sender.

06 / Seasonal & Gifts
Silver Rakhi Products: Due to their seasonal nature, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for Silver Rakhis. All transactions are final sale unless a verified transit defect is captured via a 24-hour window unboxing video.
Gifting Policy: Gift items cannot be returned or refunded by the recipient unless a manufacturing error is proven. If a replacement style is requested, it will only process with the direct clearance of the original buyer account.
